How do I get verified?+
The verified badge is a manual flag on your artist profile. Once your page is set up with a real display name, photo, and at least one release, contact the FactoryMusic team through the Contact page to request verification.
What does the analytics dashboard show?+
Your Analytics tab breaks down clicks by release and by platform, plus a 14-day trend. Every time a fan taps one of your streaming links, that click is counted and surfaced in your dashboard.
Which social and streaming platforms can I connect?+
You can add social links (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and streaming links (Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, SoundCloud, YouTube Music, and more). Streaming-platform live content like Kick, Twitch, and YouTube goes in the Streaming tab.
Can I change my username?+
Yes — edit it in the Profile tab. Usernames are unique, so if the one you want is already taken you'll need to pick another. Changing it updates your public link.
How do starter templates work?+
In the Profile tab, pick a starter palette to set your brand color instantly. Your public page accents — the Latest badge, section labels, and play pills — follow that color.
Is my page mobile-friendly?+
Yes. Public pages are built mobile-first so they look right in a bio link on any phone.
