Acceptable use
FactoryMusic gives artists a single link to share their music. You agree to use the platform honestly — no spamming, no impersonating other artists, no misleading links, and no content that's illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
Your responsibilities
As an artist, you're responsible for the content you publish and for making sure you have the rights to your cover art, music links, and media. You're also responsible for keeping your account login secure.
Usernames & profiles
Usernames are unique and first-come, first-served. FactoryMusic may reclaim usernames that are inactive, reserved, or used to mislead.
Termination
You can delete your content or close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or threaten the platform.
Disclaimers
FactoryMusic is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for lost revenue, missed streams, or issues caused by third-party platforms linked from artist pages.
